The Benefit She’s so Jetset palette was released in the holiday season last year and ever since I saw the gorgeous retro flight attendant illustrations on the packaging I’d been wanting to get my hands on this kit. I was putting together a rather large order from the Benefit website when I impulsively decided to add this palette to my order:

15ml The Porefessional – I’ve heard so many good things about this primer and receiving this miniature version in this kit is a great way of testing it out without having to commit to purchasing the full size.

Eyeshadows in Champagne Please, Gold Card, Pretty in Mink and Elegant Espresso – The four eyeshadows in neutral shimmery tones are smooth and pigmented, these are perfect for everyday wear and the colours I just can’t seem to get enough of when combined in a palette.

First Class Face Powder – This is a pretty cheek duo featuring a pale pink highlighter colour and peachy pink blush colour that seems like a paler version of coralista.

Life on the A-List Lip gloss – I’m not a huge fan of pale pink lipglosses but this a glowy shimmer to it, it’s not too sticky and a nice fruity scent.

They’re Real Mascara – I’ve been dying to try this mascara after hearing so many positive reviews about it for so long and so I’m really happy this miniature version was included in the kit. I find this gives me long, thick luscious lashes but it makes my eyes a little bit itchy and irritated. Every time I wear this mascara I end up regretting it due to the irritation but it makes my lashes look so damn good I keep going back for more.

This is a beautiful set however it is not the most practical size to tote around, I like that all of the products can be removed from the box so that it can be used later on to hold knick knacks and jewellery. The powder products can probably be depotted very easily from the cardboard base so maybe I’ll attempt that in future if I get a freestyle palette to keep them in.

When I saw the design for this palette I thought of you! It’s just so you :) Unfortunate it’s not easier to tote around :(

This set looks gorgeous, especially the eye shadows! All the colours look great for everyday use! I also love the mascara, shame that it irritates your eyes though! Great review!

This set was totally made for you! I wish they made it easier to take the blush out and pop in your handbag, then I think I’d splurge for the box sets like this more often.

Haha this set has your name on it! Stunning stuff in there :)
