I’m pretty certain that I haven’t done a post like this in a while but I always enjoy reading them and I seem to have a accumulated a heap of random stuff in my handbag at the moment so I thought I’d quickly photograph the contents for fun before I do a clean out.

Sorry for the brightness of the photos, have no idea what I’ve done to these!

The bag is from Topshop and has my favourite rose gold details on it, I picked it up in London last year and has been worn to death.

Kikki K Diary: I’ve bought this diary for the last two years now and I’ll more than likely pick it up again next year. I went for the smaller one this year since I found the large one I had last year took up too much room but this doesn’t have enough room to write on each day. I’m still pondering whether to go for the small or large next year.

Sunglasses: Pretty sure these were a $10 Cotton On special, I have recently purchased prescription Oroton Sunglasses but I use these cheapies for the days I choose to wear my contact lenses.

Steamcream: In the limited edition Daisy tin which I’ve reviewed here. This is a lovely rich cream that is a lifesaver when I need some moisture for my hands, elbows, knees everywhere I get dry!

Jojoba Lemon and Coconut Handcream: This little 20ml tube was received as part of the BBU and it smells delicious, I’ve almost used it up since my boyfriend has taken quite a liking to it as well!

Herron Blue: A little bottle of Ibuprofen tablets, I tend to only take these just after having my braces tightened to relieve the pain and swelling. Always handy to have on hand regardless.

Pocket Mirror: This was a gift from Retrojetgirl and I blogged about the gorgeous care package she sent me here. It looks somewhat Anna Sui inspired with the gorgeous butterfly detail on the front.

Wallet: This is an Antonini Italian leather wallet that I purchased from Hunt Leather in Melbourne. I’d been searching high and low for the perfect wallet and I finally found it in this. Loads of room for cards, a zippered pocket for coins, it’s also not lined at all which means it doesn’t have a lining to inevitably fall apart.

Daiso Tissues: I’m always getting this little packets of tissues from Daiso and while the quality isn’t that great they have the cutest packaging so I’ll keep buying them.

Moxie Tampon Tin Case: For tampons of course.

Pikster: These little plastic toothpicks are a life saver when I’m out and about and my braces start to accumulate all kinds of foodstuffs. Saves me a lot of embarrassment!

Korres Pomegrenate Lip Butter: Reviewed here, love this little pot of gorgeous lip colour, moisturises while giving my lips a little colour.

Maybelline The Falsies Waterproof Mascara: I have just started wearing soft contact lenses for the first time in my life but have been finding that since I’m constantly putting in eyedrops or tearing up when they get irritated my mascara runs all the time. I’ve never liked waterproof mascaras but I’m going to have to make the switch and since there weren’t many options at the chemist I went to when I was looking for these I went with this one.

Sharpie Pen: Always good to have pens handy.

Eyedrops: These are a must have item since I started wearing soft contact lenses.

Jack Black Lip Balms: Not entirely sure why I have two of these in my handbag but I love them and won’t leave home without them. The flavours I’m carrying around are Natural Mint & Shea Butter and Lemon & Chamomile.

Hair Clip and Hair Tie: Essentials but I never seem to have any when I desperately need them.

Iphone: As anyone who knows what a social media junkie I am then you know I’ll never be without this!

Does anyone else ever do a clean out of there handbag only to just dump all of the contents straight back into it? That seems to be my method of cleaning out my bag, what are some ways you streamline the contents of your handbag? Let me know in the comments!

Love reading people’s what’s in my bag posts and pictures. I’m such a voyeur :-P

I love that Kikki K diary. I have the smaller once, but have purchased a bigger one for next year.I write too much for the smaller one to suffice :-P

  2. I tried having one of those bag in a bag kinda organizers that had pockets for everything you want in your bag. It lasted for a few months in helping me keep my bag clean and bam, it was all back to normal again after that. Hopeless! Haha.

Yes I’d been thinking of checking out those bag organiser thingies but for some bizarre reason I like foraging around in a bag that is filled with all kinds of strange and forgotten objects. I like discovering something in there that I thought I’d lost, I’m very strange!!!
