The Physicians Formula brand has finally undergone an update in Australia and there have been a lot of newly introduced products and packaging to check out. One of the new products is the Physicians Formula Organic Wear Mascara and it comes in the most unusual packaging I’ve ever seen for a mascara.

The brush is quite thick and large, the formula is on the creamy side rather than runny so it reminds me a lot of Covergirl Lashblast, one of my all time favourite mascaras. This gives my lashes great volume and length, I didn’t experience any clumps and it separated my lashes very nicely. I found that the first couple of times I used this mascara I didn’t like it at all, I found that it smudged on me and looked messy and unkempt after a very short time however since I’ve been in Melbourne I don’t seem to have that problem. I’m wondering if the colder weather here is making me less sweaty and oily which would run my mascara, I haven’t been flying either so that could also have something to do with it. I liked this product but didn’t love it so I doubt I’d purchase it in future.

I’m noticing that the climate here in Melbourne is really changing the way some of my beauty products are working, foundations are looking different on my skin, lip balms that worked a treat back in Perth are just not effective over here. I feel that I may end up changing my opinions on a lot products as time goes on now that I’m in a different city.

Physician’s Formula Organic Wear Mascara available from Priceline for $24.95AUD.

I have this mascara and it’s one of my favourites! I love how it doesn’t have a load of nasty chemicals in it though that makes it prone to smudging.
