I’ll probably struggle to come up with seven random facts but here goes:

1. I’ve been working as a Flight Attendant for 4 years but what you all probably don’t know about me is that I’m actually a trainer, looking after new flight attendants and training them up.
2. When I went to Santorini I rode a donkey up a mountain. It was smelly and hideous and I didn’t want to do it but my best friend went all doe-eyed and pouty that I wasn’t going to do it so up I went.
3. My brothers and his mates used to call me Megatron and one Christmas my youngest brother got me a Megatron toy that talks, lights up and launches a fusion missile. Best. Present. Ever.
4. I hate rollercoasters yet when I go to an amusement park I have this sick compulsion to ride every one. I will be white knuckled, screaming, swearing and have my eyes shut the entire time the ride is going yet I’ll keep going back for more.
5. I’m a voracious reader and I’ll usually have two books on the go at once. I tend to read a lot of fantasy, classics and thrillers. I might also occasionally read something chick-lit but not all that into it.
6. I can’t watch scary movies, they give me nightmares. I actually got nightmares from Batman Begins which isn’t even the scary but the Scarecrow really spooked me. I was also having Texas Chainsaw Massacre nightmares years after seeing the film. I’m just really sensitive to violence and don’t like it being glorified the way it is in movies these days that are filled with torture and gore.
7. In my travels the three places I’ve been that I fell in love with were New York, New Orleans and all of Ireland. When you travel there’s those places that you can take or leave and once you’ve been there you’re not fussed about going back. These three places got under my skin and I know that I’ll go back one day, they had so much to offer.
