After I got back from the UK I was feeling a little sad about all the shopping I didn’t get to do in London because I was so sick for my last few days. To console myself I had a little explore of the online store where I discovered that if you spend over £75 your delivery cost is free. I had only intended on picking up a couple of makeup items for an upcoming giveaway but I just could not stop myself from taking advantage of this offer, so I combed through the website (the sale section mainly) to get my order up to the magic number.
Here is what I bought:
- Bird Chiffon Dress by Yuki - £20 on sale from £59. I really liked this style and knew that I couldn’t go wrong size wise with a style like this. It was a lot pinker in real life than I was expecting but still gorgeous.
- Kelsey Tan Woven Lace up shoes - £30 on sale from £50. I bought a similar pair of these last year in New York which are falling apart, these Topshop ones are much better quality and I’m glad they are a perfect fit.
- Sparkle Eye Stud Earrings - £10
- Solid Gel Eyeliner in Steely - £2. When they say solid they really mean solid, can hardly get any liner out of this pot it is so hard and when I swatched it on my hand I couldn’t get a bold dark line. Tried it on my eyes and had difficulty with it. Shame though as it looks like it would be a really nice colour, I’ll get a post up with swatches and more detailed photos very soon.
- Eyeshadow Mousse in Glint - £8. I got this for my giveaway!
- Blush in Head over Heels - £6. This was also purchased for my giveaway.
My total came to £76 so I think I did pretty well at sticking to the budget I set myself. I placed my order on the 2nd of September, it was despatched on the 8th and I received it on the 19th. Very happy with the turn around time. Love Topshop and will definitely purchase from them again in future.

I think I’m going to become a Topshop addict now, I bought so much stuff from there while in London too! I’m still undecided if I’ll wear the dress to ABBW – I had all my outfits planned already and I was thinking of saving this for a summery day, maybe a nice day in Melbourne with my boy.

Thanks! I have come to the conclusion that I’m going to wear it to the Gala dinner at ABBW, I don’t normally wear feminine, romantic dresses like this but it’s just so pretty!
